Martin qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked for Coopers & Lybrand in London, Dar es Salaam and Bristol, where he settled. He spent nearly 20 years with Wessex Water followed by nine years with the government's Audit Commission before joining Auditing Solutions Ltd as a consultant auditor.
Married with three adult children, Martin's life-long passion is supporting Arsenal FC, and he has a "more than passing" interest in steam trains. He has various roles with the local church and helps run a Scout Group for young patients and visitors at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Sick Children. |
