Elaine has recently retired from 25 years service with Local Government, the last eleven as a Town Clerk and she is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She began her working life as teacher but gave that up on her move to Wiltshire where she lives in Bradford on Avon with her husband. She has two grown up children.
Elaine's free time is divided between her narrowboat and the garden!
